The Soldiers of the "Greywolf Brigade" at Fort Hood recently returned from a nine-month deployment to six different countries to support the fight against ISIS. Greywolf provided fire support and trained alongside numerous partner nations in defense of the region.
Join us for a chat with Colonel John Woodward, commander of the Greywolf Brigade, and other Soldiers to learn about their experiences in a combat zone and some of the challenges they faced where startups and other entrepreneurs might be able to help.
There will be a moderated Q&A at the end, and the Defense Innovation Unit Experimental (DIUx) Austin Office will collect all ideas for solutions. Following the event, we will work with the Army to determine if any can be implemented overseas.
